FREE Worldwide Shipping

All items are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from the date the order was placed. You will receive an email with your order information. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 3 business days, please check your spam mail or contact us at

All items are delivered via USPS, DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS or equivalent

Estimated shipping times:

  1. a) United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Spain, France, Korea, Taiwan, China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia/New Zealand ~ 8 to 14 business days.
  2. b) Brazil, Mexico, Venezuela, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Germany, Philippines, Indonesia, India, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, and to all other countries ~  to 20-30 business days.
  3. c) Lebanon, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Kuwait, Russia, South Africa ~ 20 to 49 business days.

Express Shipping by DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS or equivalent (4-7 days):

Velluto Rosso offers expedited shipping for a flat fee of $29.99 US via DHL Express. Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email from us, which includes your tracking link. Delivery time for DHL is usually between 4 to 7 days from the shipped date. Please allow 1 to 3 BUSINESS DAYS handling time. If you have any questions, please send us an email at

Important note: Please note that all estimated shipping times stated are based on normal conditions. Every once in a while, we do experience heavy international shipping volumes, especially during the holiday seasons. Also, do note that customs in some countries do take longer times to clear and scan incoming packages, which explains for the difference in the estimated shipping times stated above.

Lost or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at customer - within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work diligently to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

Change of Address

If you need to make changes to your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been shipped.

Separate packages

If your received package seems to be missing any items, please do not worry! We do ship orders in multiple/separate packages every now and then, due to weight restrictions and also to facilitate faster shipping once an item is located in our warehouse. Simply drop us an email at and we'll take care of it right away.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships out and our database updated with your online tracking number, we'll send you an email with the online tracking information which you can use to track your package. If 6 business days has passed and you still have not received this email from us, simply drop us an email at and we'll check it out for you right away.

Order cancellations
We will not be able to cancel orders once it has begun to be processed. As a general rule of thumb, if you do not email us within 5 hours of placing an order, there is a high chance that we will not be able to cancel it. Nonetheless, do drop us an email at  as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order.
