In order for us to make a dress according to your measurements, please choose an CUSTOME SIZE when placing an order and within 24 hours our managers will contact you to clarify all your wishes regarding your future dress.
Every dress is individually made after your order is placed, which allows us to create your dress specifically for you rather than shipping from stock.
Standard-size made-to-order dresses (US 2–16) include a one-time size exchange if the selected size doesn't fit. Customers are responsible for return shipping and shipping the replacement dress.
Custom-size and personalized dresses are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your dress arrives damaged or with a confirmed manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.

Yes. When we dispatch your order for delivery you will receive a unique tracking number by email.

Express shipping costs from US $19.99 per item, depending on the country it is being shipped to.
- We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase.
- Once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee.
- We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
